April 8 or 9, 2026

About

A sandbar charter is a relaxing and social way to spend time on the water. The captain will take you to a shallow sandbar area where boats gather in clear, calm water perfect for swimming, floating, and enjoying the sun.

Sandbar trips are great for small groups looking to unwind, listen to music, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Florida Keys. The shallow water and laid-back atmosphere make it a fun experience for both visitors and locals.

Whether you're looking to swim, float, or simply enjoy a few hours on the water, a sandbar trip is one of the best ways to experience the area.

Trip Details

This charter is designed for small groups and can accommodate up to six passengers on the boat.

The trip includes a private boat, captain, fuel, and basic refreshments. The captain will take the group to a popular sandbar location where you can swim, relax, and enjoy the water.

Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks, snacks, and music to enjoy during the trip.

Price

Charter Price: $700
Cost Per Group(you pay): $350 + $50 reservation fee

The total charter cost is split between two groups, with each group paying half of the charter price.

Once a match is confirmed, SplitACharter collects a $50 reservation fee per group to secure the trip. This fee is separate from the charter cost.

Each group will pay their portion of the charter price directly to the captain on the day of the trip.

Trip Status

Trip Status: 1 of 2 groups booked
Seats Available: 4 remaining

Once a second group joins, the charter can move forward and both groups will receive the captain’s contact information to coordinate the final details.

How This Split Charter Works

  1. One group has already expressed interest in this trip.

  2. If your group joins, the charter will be fully matched.

  3. Each group confirms their spot with the $50 reservation fee.

  4. Both groups receive the captain’s contact information.

  5. On the day of the trip, both groups meet the captain and enjoy the charter together.

Reservation Fee

To confirm a matched charter, each group pays a $50 reservation fee through SplitACharter.

This fee helps ensure both groups are committed before the captain schedules the trip.

The charter cost itself is paid directly to the captain and is separate from the reservation fee.
